Ingredients:
4 slices of white bread.
3/4 cup of Breyers Natural Vanilla ice cream, melted.
1 large egg
1 cup crushed Frosted Flakes cereal.
6 tablespoons peanut butter.
2 tablespoons strawberry jam.
2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
1. Make your Peanut butter and jelly sandwich as you normally would.
2. Melt butter in frying pan on medium heat.
3. In a shallow wide bowl add the melted ice cream and egg, beat together for 2 minutes.
4. In a separate shallow wide bowl add crushed Frosted Flakes.
5. Dip each sandwich in the ice cream egg mixture for about 5 seconds each side. Then coat the sandwich in frosted flakes each side.
6. Add sandwiches to frying pan and cook each side for about four minutes or until golden brown. Remove to a plate and let rest for 15 minutes so the peanut butter can set up again. Cut in half and serve.
