Notes: Heath Milk Chocolate English Toffee Bits or Heath English Toffee Bits Enrobed In Rich Chocolatey Coating are sold in 8 ounce packages in the grocery baking isle near the chocolate chip section. So you will need to buy 2 packages in order to have the 2 cups for this cookie recipe.
If your local store doesn’t carry the Heath toffee baking packages you can buy the Heath candy bars (English Toffee Enrobed In Rich Chocolatey Coating) in the candy section. Roughly chop the candy bars, into about the size of a small pea. A lot of the toffee and chocolate will end up becoming small pieces or almost dust, which is all good to use toward the 2 cups required for the recipe. You can also find Heath candy bars online at many different websites including Amazon.
