Ingredients:
1 large avocado, pitted, skin removed and then sliced
1 medium jalapeño, deseeded (or leave some seeds in to make it spicier) and chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 clove minced garlic
1/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup buttermilk
4 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until creamy and smooth.
Note: We usually leave about one quarter to half of jalapeño seeds for medium spice. If you end up with it being too spicy, add some more sour cream to even out the heat.
